My SV WiMAX modem is not connecting to the Network.
Your modem may need to reacquire connection to our main tower. To scan for the best connection, hold down the scan button for approximately 5 seconds. If you have an externally mounted device, unplug the power for 5 seconds then plug it back in.
What are the system requirements for SV WiMAX high speed Internet service?
Operation System: MS windows 2000 or higher, Mac OS 9 or higher. SV WiMAX service will work on any operating system platform supporting an Ethernet TCP/IP connection however technical support is only available for MS windows 2000 and newer and Mac OS 9 and newer.
